Selina Brisbane is a 5-storey, 39-room hotel, shared workspace and public bar.  The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Brisbane, across from the new Cross River Rail Project. The brief involved a complete renovation of an unoccupied budget backpackers’ hostel, transforming the space into a state-of-the-art hotel.

Along with a strict timeframe and tight budget, the Brisbane flooding events created local labour and supply shortages, requiring high-level coordination between the client, consultants & landlord, even flying in tradespeople from interstate to get the job done. Soho Projects delivered a beautiful result, remarkably on time and on budget, having guests check in the next day.
