Completed in 2021, for the Castle Hill Homemaker Centre, Soho Projects converted part of the car park to a high-end, under cover, destination eatery. The pavilion structure entailed a highly specialised construction process including detailed excavation, concrete pilings, a floating slab while utilising the space below for storage. 

With the cantilever steel structure measuring just under 6m in height, following completion of the awning, the eatery caravan required crane access prior to the installation of the flooring.  This entire project was carried out in a live investment, as surrounding business operated as normal, with minimal disruption to their business activities.
