Sohoprojects proudly delivered an 800m² high-spec, detailed fit-out for our client, Girraphic. The new recording studio and filming space facility, now known as The Bunker. This underground facility is located 10 floors beneath a prestigious high-end residential building in Milsons Point.
The project was successfully delivered in a live environment, showcasing our expertise in completing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and sensitive site conditions. Our client required some of the most advanced technologies to be integrated into their new Bunker.

Sohoprojects delivered an 800m² commercial fit-out for Girraphic at The Bunker, a specialist recording studio and filming facility located in Milsons Point, Sydney.
The project was delivered 10 levels below ground within an active residential building, requiring a carefully controlled live-environment construction methodology. Works were strategically staged to manage logistics, protect sensitive broadcast equipment, and ensure uninterrupted operation of the surrounding residential environment.
