The team completed all deliverables on time and within budget, while working inside the building as the base-builder was still carrying out works. The project was handed over well before the scheduled store launch, without any impact on the base-builder’s program.

Despite the unique nature of the project, including carrying out the renovation during a particularly wet Spring and with existing waterproofing issues, the Sohoprojects team remained steadfast in their commitment to providing a high-quality result. The team utilised their expertise in innovative problem-solving to address any issues that arose, ensuring the project was completed to the client’s satisfaction.

The final outcomes of the Petbarn Surry Hills fit-out exceeded the client’s expectations. The store was the first where the Petbarn team could stock shelves simultaneously with final touch-up works, thanks to Sohoprojects’ efficient and dedicated team. All works were completed within the program, allowing for the grand opening to take place as scheduled.
