In these two distinct locations we worked with the landlord, AMP/ Scentre who commissioned us to refurbish some of public areas of the Warringah Mall (NSW) and Westfield Booragoon (WA). With a gross lettable area of 129,400+ sqm the Warringah Mall has major tenants including David Jones, Myer, Target, Big W, Coles, Wool – worths and Hoyts. Westfield Booragoon has 71,700+ sqm of lettable area, with a similar range of high profile retail tenants. Updates car – ried out at these two centres included updating amenities and kid’s breakout areas at both of these centres. Working in a living environ – ment is one of our team’s strong set of skills.
