The warehouse in this Kingsgrove industrial area was neglected, the client required us to renew and renovate this 4,000+ square metre facility for conversion into a state-of-the-art storage facility for a national company. Works carried out here included the renovation of the facade which was in very poor condition, installation of new steel cladding to the facade and the installation of metal louvres. The removal of a 15 lineal metre crane weighing over 4 tonnes from the internal structure was one of the obstacles in this project. This was achieved without affecting the steel framework or integrity of the building.
